Sleepy, or Ready to Push Hard ..?

I wanted to write this post after avery short conversation I had with one of my cousins last week

I brought up the idea of Bananas, and how it pushes up your stamina .. my cousin here said “WHAT?” I have heard that eating bananas is good to make you sleepy ..!!

I here did not know what to tell him because I  knew that we were both not lying!

The question was Sumo-Wrestling inside my tiny little brain :)

So I decided to go and search!

SHOCKINGLY !!

I have found those two answers everywhere I looked .. from Google, and Books, all the way to Biology teachers. << Yes that how interested I was !!

I conclude that yes bananas help you do both, and I think it depends on what will you do after eating bananas..

If you go -let’s say to the gym- yes they give you a boost, and if you rest and go to bed they make you sleepy ..

I can’t be sure until I try these two things ..
